FACILITY USAGE POLICY

Approved by the Elders- 5-24-2017

Adopted by the BOD-

PURPOSE STATEMENT

The facilities and property of Living Water Community Church have been given by God through the sacrificial giving of people who have attended Living Water. As such, we see this as God’s property first, and secondly desire to make available the use of this property for those in the church and community who desire to use our facilities and property in accordance to our mission to “ love people to know Jesus Christ and leading them to walk in full devotion to Christ all for the Glory of God.”

We desire to make our facility and property available to all who fulfill the Living Water mission of being salt and light (Matthew 5:13-16). This availability to community is a witness to our faith by demonstrating the love of God and the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in action. However, use will not be made available to individuals, groups, or organizations holding, advocating, or promoting beliefs or practices that contradict, or are deemed inconsistent with, our biblically held beliefs that are recorded in the Living Water constitution and by-laws. Additionally, use will not be made available for activities that similarly contradict, or are deemed inconsistent with, our biblically held beliefs. The Board of directors will be the first defense of this policy with the Elders being the final authority concerning use of the facilities and property of Living Water Community Church should an inconsistency arise.
